1. Setup:

• Rooms to be painted are scheduled
• Furniture and belongings are moved to the middle of the room
• Floor the completely covered with drop clothes

2. Preparation:

• Before painting we do a thorough inspection for all nail pops, cracks, dings and dents and all imperfections.
• Holes and gaps are filled
• All gaps in trim work are caulked
• Walls are cleaned where necessary
• Before painting all walls are pole sanded, now walls are ready For paint.

3. Painting:

• Repaired areas are primed
• Paint is applied using a brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the surface and its surroundings.
• Ceiling and walls are painted until completely covered and desired finish in achieved.
• Perfect cut lines are painted between walls and trim.

4. Clean Up:

• All tarps, plastic and tools are cleaned up from area worked in and area us vacuumed.
• All furniture is moved back to its original spot and area is vacuumed Again.
• All garbage is removed.

5: Inspection:

• At the completion of job a final inspection is done to ensure work Is completed to the standard of the company and the standard of the customer.
• Final walkthrough is done with customer

• Pressure washing is available upon request
• All loose paint chips and debris and cleaned up
• Areas cleaned will be given time to dry

2. Preparation:

• Inspection is done for all loose paint. Loose paint is removed and bare areas are primed

• Feather sanding done upon request
